Coke and Vaccinations

“Why can [people in Kenya] have access to Coke but not vaccinations?” – from the Fleishman-Hillard Seminar

This quote moved me because if a third-world country like Kenya can have a market for Coke, why is there little demand for vaccinations (which they obviously need it more)? There needs to be an incentive for them to get vaccinations done and a campaign certainly needs to be done to save more lives!
